Current Projects
The new Holiday Market in Yuba County is a 30,000-square-foot full-service grocery store currently under construction in Plumas Lake. Located behind the Walgreens near Plumas Lake Boulevard and River Oaks Boulevard, it is scheduled to open in the fall of 2026.
A number of projects are either underway or under review that will bring
new businesses to Yuba and Sutter Counties.
